Is construction-linked payment really the smarter option in Noida Extension, or just a builder's way to lock you in without much risk? Just got possession in Sector 129, from Saraswati Group, and honestly, the EMI hit on CLP feels way heavier now. Everyone glorifies it as 'safe,' but I swear my broker was pushing it hard, saying 'Noida mein yahi chalta hai.' I'm convinced a bigger upfront down payment would've saved me lakhs in interest and mental stress over these 2-3 years. The appreciation near Jewar is good, but is it *really* enough to offset the constant payment burden? Feels like a trap for end-users. Should've negotiated harder for a flat discount. Change my mind.
