Clubhouse aur sports facilities bas marketing hype hai, right? NBR Soul Of The Seasons Phase 2 jaise projects mein, kitne log actually use karte hain? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking 3BHK/villa. Is that extra maintenance for a 'ghost facility' worth it? Resale pe kya farak padta hai? Disagree? Tell me why.

I disagree strongly! Clubhouse aur sports facilities are NOT just marketing fluff. Maine apne current society mein dekha hai, kids play area, gym, party hall – sab use hota hai. Especially in new age communities, people look for a lifestyle. Resale pe bhi bahut impact padta hai, especially family buyers ke liye. Exactly! Humne bhi ek project dekha tha Akshayanagar mein, wahan bhi same scene tha. Swimming pool toh bas showpiece ban ke reh gaya tha. Resale value pe kya hi farak padega jab sab unused ho?
