Kids have moved out, I'm looking for a smaller flat, maybe at Sathi Apartments. Builder log toh bade bade claims karte hain for gyms aur pools, but are they actually used ya bas showpiece hain? Maintenance charges mein yeh sab bhi add hota hai na? Parking ka kya scene hai? Lottery system ya dedicated slot? Important for seniors like us. What's your experience with actual usable amenities versus brochure promises?

Dekho, depends on your lifestyle. Agar aap actively use karte ho toh shayad theek hai. But for most first-time buyers on a budget, it's an added cost. Seniors ke liye walking tracks aur peaceful environment zyada important hai. Sathi Apartments ka actual per sqft price kya chal raha hai wahan pe? Koi idea dega?
Current market conditions mein builders ko kuch toh extra dikhana hi padta hai to justify the price. Delhi mein property rates already high hain. Sathi Apartments ka toh abhi status 'null' dikha raha hai online, matlab maybe project abhi start hi nahi hua ya approvals pending hain. Aise mein amenities pe focus karne se pehle possession aur builder ka track record dekhna zaroori hai. Specially for seniors, delays are a big no-no.

Haan, Ansal Villas mein bhi same haal hai. Brochure mein international standards likhte hain, reality mein basic amenities bhi theek se maintain nahi hoti. Bahut frustration hoti hai jab extra paisa do aur service na mile.

Mujhe lagta hai ki kuch facilities useful hoti hain, jaise emergency medical room ya kids play area. But pool and gym ka sahi use kam hi hota hai. Parking ka issue toh Delhi mein har jagah hai. Sathi Apartments mein parking ka system kya hai, koi idea hai kisi ko?
Kids ke liye theek hai but seniors ke liye toh lifts aur ramps pehle dekho. Clubhouse se zyada security important hai.
Haan yaar, parking toh sir dard hai. Humari society mein toh pehle dedicated bola tha, baad mein lottery kar di. Seniors ke liye toh bahut mushkil ho jaata hai. Anand Niketan mein mere friend ki society mein toh visitor parking bhi nahi milti. Sathi mein agar lottery hai toh soch samajh kar lena.
Totally agree with you! Yeh clubhouse toh sirf dikhane ke daant hain. Maintenance mein itna add ho jaata hai bina matlab ke. Humare yahan toh gym equipment pe dhool jamti rehti hai.
