Yaar, exactly what I was thinking! Eisha 33 Central Avenue ka brochures dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch hai, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... but I keep wondering, will it actually help when I want to sell it later? Or will it just be a big burden with high maintenance every month? First-time buyer hoon, budget tight hai, so har extra lakh matter karta hai.
