Clubhouses are an unnecessary expense for investors

Visited DLF Independent Floors last weekend. Everyone glorifies clubhouses for premium pricing, but honestly, for an investor, are they ever fully utilized? Just adds to maintenance, right? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post. Clubhouses are just a show-off amenity, adds to the cost big time. For an investor, it's all about ROI, right? This DLF project (DLF Independent Floors At DLF City Phase I And III) already has a high price range of ₹4.5 Cr – ₹8.0 Cr. Why should we pay even more for a fancy clubhouse that we'll barely use?
