Spent the whole Sunday checking out options, including Keya Life By The Lake. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. The clubhouse and sports facilities look great, but are they actually used daily? Or just ghost facilities adding to maintenance? What's the real-world usability like after a year or two? Any experiences?
