Clubhouses in Gurgaon are a total waste

Okay, I'll say it: most Gurgaon clubhouses, like Surendra Home 14's, are just for show. My wife worries if kids actually use them daily. Is it worth the maintenance? Change my mind.

Totally agree! My wife and I were looking at Surendra Home 14 last year. 90L for just 16 units, and the clubhouse felt like an afterthought. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye, itna luxury amenity ka kya faayda jab budget tight ho? Maintenance charges alag se!
