Just found out about some interesting tax hacks for home buyers, especially for us looking for a bigger 3BHK. My CA mentioned how co-ownership can double Section 24 benefits on interest, which is massive for a ₹3 Cr flat near Golf Course Extension. Also, stamp duty deduction under 80C is often overlooked. Anyone else using these or similar tricks to save on their new home in Gurgaon? My wife wants a safe locality like Sector 65 for the kids, so every bit saved helps. What else should I know?

Haan, absolutely! Even if one is earning, you both can still be co-owners and get benefits, provided both are borrowers for the home loan. The tax benefit split depends on your share in the
