Community, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka floor plan aur parking reality kya hai?

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — I'm looking at a 2BHK there, but honestly, brochure visuals aur actual site visit mein bohot farak lag raha hai. I work in real estate, toh I know builders sometimes play super area vs carpet area games. But yahan toh carpet area efficiency mein kaafi compromise dikh raha hai. Matlab, hallways aur balconies mein space waste lag raha hai, usable space kam hai. Mera budget ₹70-75L tak hai for a 2BHK. Aur parking ka kya scene hai wahan? Brochure mein covered parking dikhate hain, but sunne mein aaya hai ki allocation lottery based hai ya phir open parking hi milti hai. For a project of this scale, parking allocation clear honi chahiye. Is it really that bad? Log bol rahe hain ki OC milne ke baad bhi parking ke issues rehte hain. Have any of you bought here? What's your experience with the actual carpet area and the parking situation? Kya yeh sirf marketing hype hai, ya seriously problem hai?
