Community, help me decide: new project or resale in Dudulgaon?
Under-construction projects always feel like a big gamble, honestly. Main first-time buyer hoon, looking at Excellaa's new project in Dudulgaon. Pricing for a 2 BHK is good, but possession 2.5 saal baad hai. Parents bolte hain resale dekh, kam risk hota hai. But resale options are a bit older, maybe more expensive. How do you log delivery risk evaluate karte ho for under-construction? Ya should I just stick to resale for peace of mind, even if it means compromising on new amenities? What do you guys think for a first-timer?
