Visited Kiwi Rama Homes last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Wahan ka 3BHK floor plan kitna efficient hai, yaar? Carpet area for daily living, is it good? Neighbourhood schools, markets ka kya scene hai?

Yaar, I completely agree with the post title. These so-called 3BHKs in Gurgaon are seriously just glorified 2BHKs with a tiny extra room. I visited Kiwi Rama Homes too last week, and the 3BHK felt so cramped. Carpet area for daily living was a big concern for me and my family. We are currently in a 2BHK and were hoping for a significant upgrade in space, but this felt like a lateral move at best. What's the point of upgrading if you don't get proper space? My budget is tight, and I don't want to overspend
