Honestly, I thought finding a smaller, manageable place would be easier after the kids moved out. We're looking at Ferns Gardenia, the 2BHKs, but the carpet area feels really small for the price. Is the layout efficient, or is it mostly wasted space? Also, what are the actual maintenance charges here monthly?
