I just realized something critical about investment properties, especially after getting possession at Complete CHS Affordable Flats a few months ago. Don't just trust projected rental yields; seriously talk to existing tenants. My 2BHK is getting way less than promised. It makes me wonder about resale liquidity too. Is there an active secondary market here, or will I struggle to offload it in 5 years? What's the *real* ROI looking like for others?

Yaar, this is exactly what I feared. 'Affordable flats' at ₹90 L to ₹1.5 Cr and then rental yields are a joke? I was looking at this project too, but the price always felt off for the 'affordable' tag. Now this rental reality check makes me so nervous about my own booking in Anand Vihar. Resale liquidity is a huge concern for me too, especially in today's market where demand is tricky.
