My 3BHK lease in Sector 56 is up in 3 months and I need to finalize a purchase. I'm looking at Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury Floor, the completed project. Everyone glorifies these 'ultra-luxury' tags, but honestly, iska actual resale market kitna liquid hai? I work in real estate, so I know builders ka marketing spin, but for my own investment, I'm worried about exit strategy. Is the investor-to-end-user ratio too high? Don't want to end up in a ghost society, you know. The price per sqft feels premium, but for a completed project, is it justified ya overvalued hai? Change my mind if you think it's a solid investment.
