Completed projects are safer bets than under construction?
Okay I'll be honest—I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at Noida mein property. Dridha Homes looks good, price point sahi hai, but it's under construction. Ajnara Daffodil is ready to move. I know builders don't always deliver on time. Is the lower price of Dridha worth the risk of delay? Also, super area vs carpet area games—Daffodil seems to have more usable space. Thoughts? Which is better for family? I need help deciding, guys.

Bhai, under construction toh bahut risky hota hai. Especially jab RERA number bhi 'Not Applicable' likha ho. Dridha Homes ka RERA nahi hai, ye toh sabse bada red flag hai. Kya guarantee hai ki time pe milega? Paise phas jaate hain bas.
