Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now seriously looking at Palm Floor DLF Phase 3 in Mohali. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but that ₹8.93 Cr price tag is steep. For investors, what's the real capital appreciation like for a completed project like this? Has its price seen good movement since launch? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing? I'm trying to figure out if the premium is justified for long-term wealth creation. Is the resale market active enough, matlab, will it be easy to exit in 5-7 years? Honestly not sure if it's worth such a big jump for ROI.
