Visited Sky Sparsh Regency on Saturday, looks decent but my main concern is ROI. Investor hoon, fed up of renting. Sky Sparsh Regency ke liye log kya expect kar rahe hain appreciation wise? Completed project hai, toh rental yield kitna mil sakta hai realistically? Resale market kitna liquid hai, any idea? Looking for solid returns.
