Did a site visit to Tru Windchimes last weekend and it looks decent, but I'm honestly not sure about the investment potential. It's a completed project, so capital appreciation ka scope kitna hai, I wonder? Matlab, prices already high hain ya still upside possible hai? My first property investment hai, so thoda nervous hoon. Builders always talk about great rental yields, but real mein Tru Windchimes se kitna expect kar sakte hain? Is it even worth it as an investment property considering the current rates?
