Totally agree bhai! My biggest fear as a first-time buyer is getting stuck with a project that never finishes. Ramprastha sounds great. I'm looking near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), and the thought of delayed possession gives me chills. Ready-to-move seems like the only sensible option for peace of mind, especially with our budget constraints.
