Okay I'll say it — RERA compliance for 'completed' projects like SVS Wellington 2 is often a myth. Does pending OC/CC kill investor exit strategy? Change my mind.

Yaar, exactly! SVS Wellington 2 ka price range sunke laga tha ki budget mein hai, but yeh OC/CC ka chakkar sunke darr lagta hai. Kya matlab hai completed project ka jab paper hi complete na ho? Meri toh saari savings jaayengi. Does this really impact resale value that much? Koi aur project hai kya jo genuinely clear ho is budget mein?
