Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I know builder tricks, but buying for myself is different. Project's completed, but is its RERA compliance truly clean post-OC? What's Ansal's general track record in Rajkot for delivery? Price per sqft feels okay, but how does it compare to other completed Mig Zone properties? Investor thoughts?
