Visited a couple of 'Ready to Move' projects near Dwarka Expressway last weekend. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking for a manageable 2BHK, budget 80L-1.5Cr. Kya koi suggest kar sakta hai acha society with low maintenance and good hospitals nearby? Confused between a few. Any experiences?

Hospital proximity is crucial, especially for us. Dwarka Expressway ke paas kaunse good hospitals hain? I heard Artemis is far from some pockets. What about smaller, reliable ones for general check-ups?

Be careful with 'low maintenance' promises. Builders often quote low initially and then hike it up drastically after a year or two. Happened to my uncle in a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side). Always check the RWA formation status, that's crucial.
U3, haan, bahut projects mein hota hai. Mera ek relative Badshahpur ke paas ek society mein hai, wahan toh pool maintenance aur security ke naam pe itna charge karte hain ki original budget hil jaata hai. Builder ka track record check karna bahut important hai before committing.
