Visited a few projects last weekend on the Premium Builders stretch, honestly, it's a maze. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Looking for a 3BHK around ₹80L-1.5Cr. Builders ke super area vs carpet area games toh pata hi hain. Which projects yahan pe offer a sahi deal for a 3BHK? Matlab, value for money with good appreciation potential? Not sure if the current prices are justified. Kya lagta hai, any hidden gems ya builders ka track record better hai?

Totally get it, yaar! Premium builders ke naam pe bas loot macha rakhi hai. I visited a project near Akurdi, 3BHK was 1.2 Cr, but the carpet area was so small, it felt like a 2BHK. It's so confusing.
