Confused about all-in cost for Fortune Realty 2BHK

Visited Fortune Realty's Sector 1B project. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. They quoted ₹1.8 Cr for a 2BHK. Pre-launch deal hai, but all-in cost kitna hoga? Stamp duty, registration, maintenance... is it worth it?

Yaar, Fortune Realty ka naam suna hai. ₹1.8 Cr for 2BHK in pre-launch sounds high, especially in Sector 1B. Mera friend Airport Road pe dekh raha tha, wahan bhi rates upar hain. All-in cost toh 15-20% upar jaayega minimum. Did they give any payment plan details?
