The promised amenities in Gurgaon projects feel like pure marketing fluff most of the time. We're considering Ireo Gurgaon Hills for a 3BHK, and my wife's focused on the kids' play areas and green spaces. But I'm worried about actual usability. Are the clubhouses truly active for families, or just costly showpieces? Do the green areas feel genuinely open and safe for children, or just cramped landscaping? Not sure if it's worth the premium for facilities that might not even be used. Anyone with kids faced this reality?

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Yeh amenities ka chakkar bahut confusing hai. We are also looking at Ireo Gurgaon Hills, and my wife is super focused on the kids' play areas. But I'm worried it'll be like some other projects I've seen near Badshahpur – clubhouses look fancy but are empty, and green spaces are just decorative. Is Ireo Gurgaon Hills any different in terms of actual family usage?
