Honestly, I'm kinda regretting not looking closer at the amenities before buying in Vamana Riseonic. Abhi just 3 mahine hue hain possession liye, but amenities ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Clubhouse to hai, but kitne log use karte hain? As an investor, I thought fancy amenities would push up rental yield ya resale value. But lagta hai maintenance charges hi badhate hain. Kya true mein tenants ko itna farak padta hai high-end facilities se? Ya phir sirf solid construction quality hi matter karti hai long run mein? What's your take on Vamana Riseonic's amenities vs actual ROI?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. As a first-time buyer, I'm constantly worried about hidden costs, especially maintenance. Builder initially shows you all these amazing amenities, but then after possession, it's just a headache and added expense. I'm also looking at properties in New Chandigarh, and this point is always in my mind.
