Been looking for a 3BHK in Bangalore for months, need it for the kids. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. Whitefield, Sarjapur Road mein dekh raha hoon. Prices toh badhte hi jaa rahe hain. Is it still a good time to buy? Kya market peak ho gaya ya aur upar jaayega?

Bhai, you're not alone! I'm also in the same boat, looking for a 3BHK around ₹1.8 Cr. Whitefield aur Sarjapur Road mein prices literally rocket pe hain. Lagta hai jaise har hafte rate badal jaate hain. Seriously confused if waiting will make it even worse, ya abhi jump in kar lena chahiye. It's a huge decision, especially with kids involved.
