Confused about brokers for my Duhai 2BHK

Since kids moved out, I'm selling our Indirapuram house. Looking for a 2BHK in Duhai. Brokers just push projects like Apex Buildcon for commission. Direct builder deal always better, right? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai! These brokers just want their cut, doesn't matter if the project is good or bad. My experience was similar when I was looking in Indirapuram last year. They keep pushing the same 2-3 builders, mostly those who offer higher commissions. It's frustrating when you're just trying to find a genuine home.
