posted on 10 MayConfused about builder support for my first Gurgaon flat
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 82. I'm looking at Sujjan Vihar and Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury Floor. My biggest worry isn't just the price, but builder customer support after booking. I've heard horror stories about them going silent if there are issues. As a first-time buyer, that's super stressful. Does anyone have experience with Army Welfare Housing Organisation or Bargainer Propmart regarding communication during delays or problems? Do they actually pick up the phone? Any RERA compliance insights would also help. Thanks!

Dekho, pehle toh clear kar lo ki Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) ka koi project hai bhi ya nahi. As far as I know, AWHO themselves don't develop projects for public sale; they are usually for defence personnel. Agar koi builder unka naam use kar raha hai toh that's a huge red flag. Bargainer Homes Ultra Luxury Floor sounds like a separate entity. Please check RERA registration for both very carefully
Totally relate, bhai! I'm also eyeing a flat in Sector 82, and builder support after sales is my biggest nightmare. Sujjan Vihar looks good on paper, but I've heard too many stories about builders ghosting once the payment is done. So stressful for first-timers like us. Any real-world experiences here?
Exactly! I'm worried about structural issues or amenities not being delivered as promised. What if they just ignore calls? Does anyone know if Bargainer Propmart has a dedicated customer service team or is it just a sales facade? Bahut confusion hai.
Haan bhai, same pinch! Meri bhi neend ud gayi hai soch soch ke. Ek toh itna bada investment, upar se yeh uncertainty. Uff!
