Confused about builder vs broker deals in Hyderabad

Visited Salarpuria Sattva's new project near Hitech City Junction last weekend. Honestly, fed up of renting now, EMI vs rent math doesn't make sense anymore. They quoted around 1.8Cr for a 3BHK, but I'm wondering if I can get a better deal. Broker se jaana chahiye ya builder se direct baat karein? Kya kisi ko pata hai broker ke through spot discounts milte hain ya builder direct hi better offers deta hai? Not sure if there are hidden charges jo broker batata nahi. Any experiences on this, especially for investor types?
