I completely underestimated how builders handle pricing. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Mohali, Sector 61, Anant Raj Group ka project. Builder bol raha hai spot discount milega if I book today, no price drop after that. Is this real? Matlab, should I push more ya le lena chahiye? Confused.
