Since March, I've been eyeing Godrej Skyline in Pune for investment. ₹3.45 Cr se ₹6.35 Cr ka price tag under-construction ke liye thoda heavy lag raha hai. I'm really trying to gauge the capital appreciation potential here. Kisi ko idea hai pre-launch se ab tak kitna price jump hua hai? Also, rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain from a project like this in Pune? Long-term ROI ke liye worth it hai ya nahi? What's the resale market like for Godrej properties in that area? Koi firsthand experience share karega? Your thoughts would be super helpful.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. ₹3.5 Cr for an under-construction project in Pune sounds like a huge gamble. My friend bought a 2BHK in Akurdi a few years back for much less and is still waiting for good appreciation. Godrej ka naam hai, but is it enough for such a high price point? Capital appreciation seems tough at this level.
