Can't do site inspections from Dubai, so relying on you guys. Budget's ready for a 2BHK near Sohna Road, maybe MRG World. Everyone talks about spot discounts, but aren't secondary market deals better for negotiation? Construction-linked payment plans seem risky, yaar. Is upfront payment for a better discount smarter? Change my mind.

Bhai, Sohna Road main MRG World? Thoda research aur kar lo. Us area mein bahut projects delay ho rahe hain, especially affordable segment wale. Site visit karna zaroori hai, even if you send someone you trust. Sirf discounts pe mat jaana.
