Pre-launch deals in Hyderabad, are they actually worth the wait? I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK in Secunderabad to a 3BHK around Financial District, maybe Salarpuria Sattva. Brochure mein pre-launch prices bahut attractive lagte hain. But all-in cost mein kitna upar jaata hai? Stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC add kar ke kya real discount milta hai, ya bas marketing hai? Already home loan chal raha hai, so every rupee counts. Should I wait for pre-launch ya secondary market better hai?

Totally agree with U1. Financial District mein 3BHK sapna lagta hai without pre-launch deals. But jo aapne pucha, all-in cost mein kitna upar jaata hai, that's my biggest worry too. Koi batao actual difference kitna hota hai between brochure price and final amount?
Pre-launch toh marketing gimmick hi hai bhai. Hidden costs aur delays pakka hote hain. Been there, done that.
