Visited a couple of projects in Kokapet and Financial District last weekend. My wife ka priority hai kids ke school admission aur safety. Humko 3BHK chahiye, budget around ₹1.8 Cr tak hai. But yaar, prices itne high lag rahe hain. Is Hyderabad still a good investment for the next 5-7 years ya market peak ho chuka hai? Metro Phase 2 aur RRR ka impact kitna hoga Tellapur jaise areas pe? Should I wait for a bit or jump in now? Koi experience share karo, especially with builders like My Home or Aparna. Am I just overthinking this?

Yaar, I'm feeling the same pressure. Kokapet and Financial District ke prices toh sky-high hain. ₹1.8 Cr mein 3BHK mil toh raha hai but it feels like overpaying.
