My landlord increased rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Greater Noida. Jewar City Propert seems interesting, price-wise it's in my budget. But I need a reality check. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf on paper acha hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka community vibe kaisa hai? Jo log yahaan rehte hain, please share your actual experience. Thinking about making this my home, so any honest advice would be super helpful.

Dekho bhai, main toh bolunga bahut carefully research karo. Mera ek friend Ajayabpur ke paas ek project mein phasa tha, initially sab theek laga, but possession ke baad itne hidden charges aur society management issues aaye ki ab woh bechne ki soch raha hai. Yeh 'Completed' projects kabhi-kabhi dikhawe hote hain. Total units 57 hain, matlab chhota project hai, toh builder ki reliability double check karna.
U10, U5 ka experience Jew
U5, aapka experience Jewar City Propert ke saath hi tha kya? Ya general advice hai?
Same pinch yaar U5, mere friend ka bhi phaasa hua hai Alpha II ke paas ek project mein. Builder ne promises bahut kiye, but delivery mein quality aur timelines ka poora mess kar diya. Aisi stories sunke darr lagta hai.
U1, schools, hospitals, markets ka bahut important point hai. Greater Noida mein connectivity toh improve ho rahi hai, but Jewar City Propert ke exact location se kitni door hain ye sab? Koi detailed info de sakta hai kya? Price toh theek hai, but daily life mein convenience bhi chahiye.
Price range toh bahut attractive lag rahi hai, especially for Greater Noida. ₹16 L – ₹47 L mein aajkal kya milta hai yaar! Budget-friendly option hai toh sochna padega.
Bhai, Jewar City Propert ka RERA ID Not Available dikha raha hai. That's a huge red flag for me, especially for a first-time buyer. Completed project hai toh bhi, bina RERA ke thoda darr lagta hai. Kya pata baad mein koi issue ho jaaye.
U7, completed project ka matlab ye nahi ki RERA nahi chahiye. Kai baar builders bina RERA ke project complete kar dete hain, but usmein quality issues ya occupancy certificate delays ho sakte hain. Around Alistonia Estate mein bhi aise kuch projects hain. Rehne wale toh hain, but facilities ya society maintenance ka issue rehta hai, aur legal backing kam hoti hai.
Lekin completed project hai na? Toh RERA ki zaroorat kya hai? Koi rehta hai wahan, unka experience kaisa hai?
Exactly! U2 is right. Aajkal Greater Noida ke market conditions bhi thode unpredictable hain, builders shortcuts maar rahe hain. RERA registration gives you some legal protection, warna bahut risk ho jaata hai.
