Confused about long-term quality for investment
Honestly, I'm finding it super tough to gauge construction quality just from site visits in Noida Extension. Perfect Apartment jaise projects mein builders kaafi promises karte hain. But after a year, kya real cracks aur seepage issues aate hain? I'm thinking long-term for rental income, so maintenance costs matter. Also, these fancy clubhouses, are they actually used by tenants ya bas show-off? Does it attract better tenants or just adds to the premium? Need real experiences.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Perfect Apartment ka naam hi perfect hai, reality mein pata nahi. My friend almost booked there years ago, but then heard about some issues. Ab toh 2015 ka possession hai, kya status hai wahan ka?
U1, Perfect Apartment is fully completed and occupied since 2015. Most units are rented out. Status is okay, but yes, some old residents complain about common area maintenance issues.
