Confused about maintenance vs. actual amenity usage

Everyone talks about fancy amenities, but nobody really discusses if the maintenance charges are actually worth it in Rajkot. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone for my first home, and the clubhouse and kids' play area look great on paper. But honestly, are these facilities genuinely used daily, or do they just sit there, adding to our monthly bill? My parents keep saying these things are just for show. I mean, is the maintenance committee responsive? Do they actually keep the place clean, or is it just high charges for basic security and electricity? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I prioritize low maintenance or good amenities that might be ghost facilities? Change my mind, but I feel like we're just paying for promises sometimes. Disagree?
