Confused about Noida amenities vs. real value for investors
Okay I'll be honest — upgrading to a 3BHK in Noida is making me rethink everything. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 120, and eyeing bigger options like County. As an investor, my main worry isn't just the flat itself, but all the 'world-class' amenities builders promise. Brochures mein toh sab kuch hota hai, from lavish clubhouses to infinity pools. But real mein, possession ke time kitna deliver hota hai? Yaar, I've heard stories about ghost facilities or half-baked amenities that just drive up maintenance. Does this actually attract good tenants or increase resale value? Or is it just marketing hype? Should I pay that premium for amenities that might not even be fully functional? Any experiences with promised vs. delivered amenities, especially in projects like County?
