Been renting for years, fed up. Sunte hai, some builders delay possession a lot. Real mein, possession ke time hidden charges kitne lagate hain? Anyone faced this issue?

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Swimming pool is still not functional after 1 year of possession.
