Confused about Noida builders, possession ke time pe kya scene hota hai?

Been renting for years, fed up. Sunte hai, some builders delay possession a lot. Real mein, possession ke time hidden charges kitne lagate hain? Anyone faced this issue?

Haan yaar, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Hidden charges toh pakka lagate hain. Stamp duty, registration, GST... aur bhi kuch-kuch nikalte hain. Prepare to shell out extra 5-10% of the property value.
