Confused about Noida Extension builders! Help!

Finally fed up of renting. EMI vs rent math is insane. Been checking out Ajnara and Gaursons in Noida Extension. Everyone glorifies Gaursons, but nobody talks about the delays! Ajnara ka reputation bhi kuch khaas nahi hai, tbh. Heard horror stories about possession delays. Is it worth saving a little money and taking the risk? Gaursons sahi hai but are they worth the premium? Change my mind.
