I work in real estate but choosing for myself is tough! Supertech's reputation is shaky, though their prices are tempting. Gaurs is safer, right? Heard about hidden charges from both. Anyone faced possession delays with them? Gaurs Connect is looking good, but is it worth the premium? Help!
