Been looking at Noida properties for six months now, especially around Sadopur. Unnati Fortune Group ke projects dekh raha hoon. Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment option? As an investor, total acquisition cost aur ROI par kya farak padega? Log kehte hain CLP mein leverage milta hai, but all-in cost mein kitna difference aata hai? Kya lagta hai?

Yaar, main bhi same boat mein hoon. Sadopur mein Unnati ke projects dekh raha hoon. CLP sunne mein toh accha lagta hai, kehta hai less burden initially. But all-in cost ka darr lagta hai. Koi batao, ROI par kya impact aata hai CLP mein?
CLP tabhi lo jab builder reputed ho aur construction progress achha ho. Nahi toh phas jaoge. Unnati ka track record mixed hai Sadopur mein.
