Okay I'll be honest — I'm really confused about upgrading right now. Currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, have a home loan going, but thinking of a 3BHK in Pocket K, Ghaziabad. Wahan ke current property prices, like ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, legit hain kya? Matlab, is it justified ya negotiation possible hai? Also, traffic ka kya scene hai towards Delhi-Meerut Expressway during peak hours? Is it a nightmare? And Pocket K mein resale market kaisa hai? Easily bik jaata hai ya it's a struggle? Is the price jump worth it for long-term value?

Yaar, same confusion here! ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Pocket K sounds like a lot, especially coming from Indirapuram. Main bhi soch raha tha upgrade ka but prices sunke darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein itna badh gaya hai?
Exactly! Mujhe bhi laga. Builder bolte hain premium location hai, par itna premium? It feels like a huge jump from what we expected.
