Been looking for a 3BHK for months now and Prestige City Avalon Park keeps coming up. We need good schools nearby, safe for the kids, and my wife's priority is easy school admissions. Is it genuinely good for daily family life, or just looks good on paper? What's the community vibe like? Any current residents with honest feedback on the neighbourhood quality?

I visited the site last month. The RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/210928/004316. They showed us a 3BHK for around ₹1.7 Cr. It's
Bhai, Prestige City is a huge project. Avalon Park is still ONGOING, possession is 2025-02-01. Don't fall for the glossy brochures. Schools ka toh pata nahi, but traffic around there, especially near Sarjapur Road, is a nightmare. Kya fayda agar kids school bus mein hi 2 ghante laga dein?
Hey, I'm also eyeing Avalon Park! The amenities look amazing, especially for kids. Price thoda high hai but maybe worth it for Prestige's brand?
