My main concern as an investor is construction quality. Builder promises seem great, but after a year, kya actual mein cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? I'm worried about future resale value and tenant attraction if quality isn't top-notch. Also, amenities ki baat karein toh, jo promised hote hain, woh sab deliver hote hain kya? Or just basic stuff? Does a fancy clubhouse really justify the premium for tenants, ya it's just a one-time wow factor? Maintenance charges bhi upar se add hote hain. People who've bought recently, especially in projects like Ansal Aastha, can you share your long-term experience with construction and actual amenity usage?
