Confused about Saini Bhawan's real value

My current 2BHK in Sector 44 is getting too cramped, looking at upgrading to a 3BHK. Budget finalised, loan pre-approved, now stuck on Saini Bhawan. Is the premium price for Saini Bhawan genuinely worth it for daily living? I'm worried if amenities like the gym or clubhouse are actually useful, ya bas show-off hai. What's the real daily utility? And society ka mahaul kaisa hai? Friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Need honest opinions on the actual livability.
