₹95 lakh for my 4BHK in Kalawad Road, kids have moved out, so looking for a manageable 2BHK flat. Budget hai ₹60-70L, maybe Mota Mava or University Road side. Dekh raha hoon kuch resale flats, like Ansal API ya Galaxy Group ke projects. Secondary market mein hidden costs kya hote hain? Broker commission ke alawa aur kya expect karu? Aur resale mein negotiation kitni possible hai? Builder se zyada ya kam? Title deeds aur OC ka process bhi clear hona chahiye. Kya aap log secondary market deals prefer karte ho Rajkot mein?

Bhai, exactly my confusion! Kalawad Road mein 95L for 4BHK sounds good, but secondary market mein hidden costs ka darr rehta hai. Broker commission ke alawa aur kya kya lag sakta hai? Koi batao please.
