Sector 24C ki property prices, I feel, are not fully justified by its social infrastructure, especially for families. Main real estate mein hoon but apne liye buy karna is a different ball game, you know. I'm eyeing a 3BHK, budget around ₹1.8 Cr. My main concern is schools for kids and medical facilities for elder parents. Yahan reputed schools kaafi hain, but admission process kitna tough hai, aur daily commute ka kya scene hai during peak hours? Mohali ya PGI tak travel karna padta hai for good hospitals ya local options bhi reliable hain? Kya yahan ka overall infrastructure, specifically healthcare aur education, iss price point ko justify karta hai? Honest opinions on daily life experience with these services would really help.
