Finally moved into my 3BHK in Sector 49 last month, possession March mein mila tha. Pehle laga tha sab set hai, but abhi daily life thoda different lag raha. Office commute mein traffic toh headache hai, especially peak hours mein. Kya ye normal hai ya koi shortcuts hain? Also, water supply ka bhi issue hai, mostly borewell pe chal raha hai. Municipal water connection ka kya scene hai yahan? Anyone living here for long, please share your first-hand experience. Should I expect these things to improve?

Bhai, welcome to the club! Sector 49 ka traffic toh known issue hai, especially peak hours mein Rajiv Chowk ya Subhash Chowk ki taraf jaana ho. Shortcuts hain but they are also getting crowded. Water supply ka scene bhi same hai, borewell pe hi depend karna padta hai mostly. Don't expect municipal water to be consistent anytime soon.
